Foster A Horse for New Start
New Start is offering qualified foster farms an opportunity to stable and adopt out our horses.
A stable or farm owner must first complete and submit the foster farm application to the Horse Adoption Committee
Once a stable or farm has been approved by the Committee to foster New Start's horses, they will be offered the opportunity to accept a horse along with a foster fee to cover expenses. The foster farm can then sell the horse to a qualified buyer and profit from the sale.
